A Beautiful Moment


I consider myself lucky to have had the chance to speak with a woman today because of a response that I left on Amazon's website about a book that I ordered..  Who knew...
I had the thought that we were supposed to talk today...  and noticed how beautiful the thought was that I didn't know this when I first woke up this morning... and neither did she... 
My response became more beautiful when I tried to make peace with her thinking that she was responsible for my book arriving later than I would have liked…
I thought to myself...
Oh, how beautiful would it be for her to change her thinking... or to "at least" "notice" it...
It was quite the moment for me to have...
I was enjoying these thoughts and this stranger whose thoughts I knew too well...
As I too used to believe thoughts that told me that I was responsible for things that had nothing to do with me...

And that's when I noticed the growth...
 
 
It was a beautiful moment....

One person asked me if she should " stay friends " with someone after  the relationship was over ... and I couldn't help but wonder how she could split up the two... as my experiences of relationships have taught me how, although the circumstances in our relationships change, the reality of us having a relationship with another person  does not .. . For we may no longer be within the same frame of that picture together, but the "content" of it is what always lingers and remain. . Running To Win

In all of the things that we hope for and pursue, I 1st Cor 9:25 reminds me to be sure that I am running my race to win.  For athletes go into strict training and go through a lot of trouble for a crown... ribbon... or a silver cup that will not last ... But us "born again" folks do it for a heavenly reward that never  disappears.. Let us keep on loving and serving one another in the places we are called to be - in our homes, jobs and everything else outside of that... and be "purposeful" in every step while doing it as we head towards the finish line.
